Backup & Import
Keep a safe copy of your inventory, or bring your spreadsheet into Harmony Flips.
Imports can add to your current inventory or replace it. We recommend downloading a full backup first. Your data currently lives in this browser on this device, so backups are important.
Full backup
Save your inventory, expense records, photos, notes, business name, theme, and calculator preferences in one Harmony Flips backup file.
Restoring replaces the current inventory and saved preferences. You'll be asked to confirm first.
Spreadsheet export
Download a clean CSV file that opens in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. This export includes inventory and sale fields, but not photos.
Tip: In Google Sheets, choose File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv) to import a sheet here.
Import from Sheets or Excel
Choose a CSV exported from Google Sheets, or an Excel workbook (.xlsx / .xls). Use the template for the easiest column setup.
Spreadsheet imports do not include item photos. Use a full JSON backup to preserve photos and all app preferences.
